Tutored a group of English as a Second Language first graders in English and math for an entire year. By the end of the year, many children were writing complete sentences and reading at grade level. My two youngest siblings were homeschooled and I taught both of them to read, write, and do basic math. I worked with them both from preschool level through second grade.
